Once thought to have won his match-up against Flames and manager Ryan Hemrick, Mike Mintz learned the hard way Thursday evening that nothing is decided until Stat Correction Day is over.
On Thursday, Yahoo! applied a stat correction to CJ Spiller, taking away a 12-yard reception and giving it to Fred Jackson. This 2.2 point swing was enough to flip the match in favor of the birthday boy Ryan Hemrick.
Mike moves from first place and 2-0 down to 1-1 and 5th place. Hemrick moves to 1-1 and all the way to 9th place.
It's a devastating turn of events, the likes of which the league has never seen. Beware the stat correction.
