Just dropping some bacon information on ya'll

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo pork belly, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • One - eighth teaspoon of saltpeter ( potassium nitrate )
  • half a teaspoon of cloves

    Combine salt, sugar, saltpeter and cloves

    Rub on all surface of the meat

    Store in a covered dish in a refrigerator for a week

  4. 4
    Turn over slices every 2 days to cure uniformly.

    Wash thoroughly and pack in plastic bags. Freeze.

  6. 6
    Shallow fry and serve and eat.
