Ingredients
- 1 kilo pork belly, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- One - eighth teaspoon of saltpeter ( potassium nitrate )
- half a teaspoon of cloves

Combine salt, sugar, saltpeter and cloves

Rub on all surface of the meat

Store in a covered dish in a refrigerator for a week

Turn over slices every 2 days to cure uniformly.

Wash thoroughly and pack in plastic bags. Freeze.

Shallow fry and serve and eat.
