Injury Report:
Michael J. Mintz has been ruled out of Sunday's double header against Dirty Harry & The Boys. Team sources say Mintz won't even be making the trip to Bellmore, after he reinjured his right hamstring running in to catch a shallow popup towards Left Field. Mintz had rested his leg for 3 weeks leading up to the game, but probably should have rested it for 5. When asked about the injury he said 'We won the first game'. Then when asked about continuing to play after he clearly aggravating his hamstring, Mintz's reply was 'I wanted to win the second game also'.Mintz posted the following picture on his twitter account:
His return for week 5 is questionable.
